I lead design & implementation of all Talent Strategies across CCC Medical group (CCC - 3C- CC Medical), 700 employee & total turnover of KD 100 Million, spanning 3 GCC countries through a period of significant internal & external organizational change.

The responsibility of the current position includes Management of all operational HRBP & also requires me to manage a team of HR specialist that include L&D, Employee Relation, Payroll, Com. & Benefits, Admin. MGMT with my direct reporting line to CEO based in Kuwait. I perform the duty of HRBP to all our principles & serve as part of the executive team for the Region.
I have direct involvement in rolling out of HR projects that include implementation of a major ERP system

facilitator.

Human Resources Director (Kuwait /Dubai/KSA):

• Drive the implementation of HR system (MENAITECH) full HCM scope in 3 markets including the business process re-engineering, integration & data clean up.
• Implemented & rolled out the Grading structure & Benefits scheme, JD, Group HR Policies & HR localized policies including change MGMT & automation.
• Coaches all business leaders & management in performance management process, recruitment practices, training & development.
