Overall responsibility from conceptual design stage to detailing to regular supervision to site during the construction.
Selecting colors, equipments, material and on the components
Preparing engineering and architectural contract documents that comply with office standards.
Integrating all the project elements in to unified designs by interfacing with other disciplines.
Accountable for compliance and concept analysis of project design.
Monitor coordination and technical checking of project documents.
Perform design duties and review other's work by using computer assisted design and drafting (CADD) equipment and software.
Seal the documents ready under direct supervision.
Selection and purchase of kitchens, sanitary ware and accessories in residential projects.
Supervision of the preparation of the working drawings and details.
Co-ordination between structural, electrical and mechanical drawings.
Management of the site and act as the client representative with the contractor.
