- Responsible for managing all Commercial departments (SALES - MARKETING - LOGISITICS - WAREHOUSES).
- During four years, the company achieved 500% growth rate of sales volume with 900% growing in
sales value
Commercial Tasks:
- Setting, developing and implementing the organization Commercial strategies to achieve the organizations short and long-term goals and strategy.
- Responsible for expand companys range (products) to meet markets needs.
- Setting, implementing and follow up Marketing plan & divide the annual budget over the year.
- Setting a detailed annual Sales plan & follow up its implementation.
- Support the CEO in identifying potential markets and profitable opportunities to grow the business.
Product - MARKETING:
- Innovative Concepts derived from market trends & consumer requirements to maximize business size.
- Follow up with (R&D Dept.) to provide very innovative products in the market.
- Communicate with advertising agency & printers to follow up all products designs & packaging materials.
- Conduct market research before produce new products to access Company’s opportunity in the market.
- Conduct periodic market research to study customer’s profile, preferences, insights and buying habits.
- Driving performance through Retail Audit Analysis that based on Distribution / Visibility / Price / Stocking & Promotions. Re-launches & launches Achievements:
- Re-launched SONBOLAH Rice brand 1kg & 5kg in the Egyptian market.
- Launched RICEPLUS 900gm, SAMA RICE 1kg, SONBOLAH BASMATI 500gm, SONBOLAH TOMOTO PASTE (SALSA) 360gm in the market and planned to launch new brands in the pipeline.
Pricing - MARKETING:
- Setting pricing strategy & rebates waves for all sales channels (Retail, Modern Trade & LGs, Distributors & Wholesale).
- Monitoring Market Prices & Promotions/Competitors on SKUs to be analyzing and reporting to the Top Management.
Promotions - MARKETING:
- Setting, implementing and follow up all BTL Activities (In Store Promotions).
- Responsible for all Sales Promotion (Price less, customer’s magazines, rent gondolas, sign ads…etc.)
- Handling the Digital Marketing Profiles on all major platforms (Facebook, LinkedIN & website…etc.)
- Communicate with advertising agency to follow up all marketing materials (POSM) including (Company’s profile, Brochures, Flyers, Posters, Danglers, Give-away/ promotional gifts…etc.)
- Responsible for the Marketing spend monthly report for As-Sonbolah & showing its impact on sales volume.
- Attend Exhibitions and analyze its impact on sales volume.
Distribution - MARKETING:
- Setting Sales strategy, pricing & rebates policies, credit condition, sales returns policies for all sales sectors.
- Planning with Sales Director our expansion in all sales channels inside Cairo & outside Cairo (Alexandria, Delta, Upper Egypt & Suez Canal zones).
- Attend all Key account customers meeting for setting new contracts or Re-new the contracts.
