 Coordinate with procurement department, to arrange required materials & tools for precast construction.
 Coordinate with concern department to complete project on target duration.
 Preparation cost control reports related to materials & manpower.

Key Responsibility Areas:
Preparation of Site progress Updates to the Schedules.
Site supervision works in Power Block Units.
Ensure that all the work activities in the site are maintained in Accordance with the Quality
Coordinating with main contractors and other trade services while executing the works in the site.
Implement approved shop drawings and Method of Statements in the site.
Control the Resources in Site and Maintain Minimum Wastage.
Coordinate with Sub-contractors for Steel Structures’.
Preparing Project Monthly, Weekly Report.
Monitoring Civil works Co-ordination with Electro Mechanical.
Preparing Progress Sketches for Co-ordination between Electro-Mechanical Team.
Preparation of monthly valuation to the Client.
Assisting Preparation Cost to Complete Report for Entire Project.
Preparation of Time Schedules for Power Generation Units Civil Works.

Job Responsibilities:

● Working as a Civil Site Engineer as well as QA/QC Engineer.

● Reviewing drawing, site Executions assigning manpower and machinery

● Inspection of rebar, formwork prior to pouring

● Witnessing of concrete activity and concrete samples

● Earthwork (Backfilling, compaction) testing.

● Co-ordination with consultant of all inspection, testing activity

● Witnessing and sampling of concrete prior pour.

● Handling of leveling machine Earthwork.

● Site marking as per drawing layout.

● Preparation of bar bandings schedule.

● Marking for foundation and columns of building as per drawings.

● Preparation of bar bending schedule & execution of reinfor
cement work in
Slab, beam, columns
● Supervisor for Site execution and supervision of all types of structures (Pile foundations, Precast Works, Pipeline Culverts, Intake structures etc., )
Studying the drawings and estimating the quantities
Preparation of bar bending schedule and checking the reinforcement & formwork before concreting.
Planning next day activities and also submitting the daily progress reports.
Calculate the material requirement and submit to Section in-charge
shuttering and concreting works.
