Responsibilities: Implement, and improve QHSE management systems, processes and procedures to support business operations in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & KSA HSE regulatory requirements. Conducting GAP analysis on functioning of management system in each process flow of KSA operations, conduct internal audit Communicate the information on the QHSE Management System throughout the organization and promotes HSE awareness through various communication channels i.e. TBT, inductions, training, campaigns, flyers, discussions, emails etc. in consultation with all relevant departments. Prepare the QHSE documentation for clients/projects as per the requirements and in consultation with the BD / Operations team. Undertaking QHSE inspections internally and with third parties (contractors) as per the Annual QHSE program of the company. Follows up on the preventive and / or corrective actions identified during the inspections and monitors the timely closing of the actions in coordination with other departments. Developed and reviewed QHSE risk assessments for routine and non-routine activities in consultation with the operations team. Prepared Monthly QHSE Dashboard with status of QHSE key performance indicators on a monthly basis and issue reports Suggest and advise changes to ensure continuous improvement on any additional effective KPIs to be added in the system as part of continual improvement. Coordinated with concerned departments to establish "competent to work system" through competency matrix, skillset matrix and training & Knowledge development. Orienting the employees on AL Faris QHSE management System procedures, SOPs, and other client specific SOPs, stake holder requirements. Prepared the Management system SOP and other QHSE departmental procedures. Assist to other department to formulate their SOPs. Implemente and encouraged the behavioral based safety culture in the organization through safe job observations and organizing top management walkthrough. Perform daily walk around in Al Faris facilities to monitor and promote a safe workplace. Enforce Incident Management system by Actively participate in all incident investigations and closeout. Periodic assess and reporting to management on QHSE needs for upgradation such as resources, infrastructure, third party tie up etc Prepared and executed mentor programs and short service programs for new employees, promoted employees, project specific premobilization. Responsibilities Training - Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement along with the Training Officer. Follow up timely Internal Audits according to approved annual internal audit plans. Random participations during the Internal Audits across all stations. Routine visits to all stations to monitor effective operation of the QMS, documentation, record keeping, filing system, and procedure implementation Review and update the QHSE Management System regarding the improvement to be incorporated in the QHSE Plan. Conduct Risk analysis and Aspect Analysis Organize joint weekly/monthly site inspections with the station supervisor and team. Monitor the Project site prior to commencement of work to ensure all safety related points are covered for Transgulf staff to begin work Supervise the site/plant to ensure workers understand and comply with safety instruction and polices, safe use of equipment and proper storage and disposal of materials are followed. Respond to first aid needs promptly whenever required. Established a site permit program (Confined Space, welding, lifting etc.) where approved permits must be present at site for client's review all the time. Coordinate with the consultant, contractors, project managers & site engineers for continuous improvement of best safety practices. Reporting any non-conforming site safety violations to Dept. Head, Area Supervisor and Management Representative and follow up on corrective actions. Checking adequacy of fire precautions and emergency procedures ensuring corrective measures are implemented where ever needed. Carry out accident investigations and make proper notifications and recommend remedial actions. Guide and Monitor the departmental internal safety teams Provide overall safety advice and information to all project personnel. Emphasizing safety regulations and procedures for protecting people, assets, surroundings, and environment. Supporting and assisting Logistics Plans at site to maintain high level of coordination and responsiveness at site activities. Review, audit and check with contractors and consultants for all the Health & Safety issues. Attend regular internal meetings for enhancing and strengthening Transgulf Safety Team's performance and strategy. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly site inspection reports and instruct the staff directly or through the production supervisor to correct the unsafe practices observed at site. Weekly/ Daily tool box safety meeting with the company staff.

Responsibilities : Preparation of weekly and monthly safety reports. Understanding and studying the plant. Inspection and positioning of portable fire extinguisher. Monitor the Health and hygiene of all employees. Conduct periodic Audit & follow-up the finding Report Near misses& incidents appropriately. Maintain a track of Man hour Record. Conduct toolbox talk meetings. Preparation of Job Safety Analysis & Risk Assessments Checking the safe work plan before starting the job. To conduct a fire & Emergency drills. Continuous monitoring the worksite conditions. Preparation of Accident/Incident/Near Miss Investigation reports. Conducting weekly safety talk for all supervisors/employees. Make scaffolding safety inspection. Assists the field operations in obtaining appropriate work permits from the plant operations. Implementation IMS initiatives as well as policies, standards and procedures. Conducting the periodic site visits to inspect the system compliance and keeping the tracking register updated for the follow up of the HSE pending actions. Preparation and submission of documents regarding QHSE to QHSE Manager. Conduct accident/incident investigation. Imparting training and motivating employees by means of safety orientation & organizing safety education programs. Preparation and implementation of Environmental Impact Assessment and Quantitative Risk Assessments reports for the different field projects.
