Leading detail engineering activities for Incinerator Package in Pentaerythritol Plant. Revamping of activities (the Replacement of Z Bucket Elevator with Tube Chain Conveyor, Installation of Pre-Mixer and Dedusting System in the Pentaerythritol Plant within specified Shutdown Schedule). Drove Mechanical activities in the Methanol Plant Shutdown in the capacity of an Area in Charge.
• Technical evaluation of vendor offers for Tube Chain Conveyor, Flexible Screw Conveyor, Pre-Mixer, and Delumper & Construction Contractor. Follow up and approval of final drawings after PO.
• Coordinated with Engineering Company for detailed engineering activities for this crucial replacement work in Pentaerythritol Plant.
• Supervision of Installation & commissioning Activities from Construction Contractor within specified Shutdown Schedule until handover to Operations Department.
