-Handling customer complaints and provide immediate solution to satisfy our customer. Act as a primary contact from our delivery team regarding customer and product issues during delivery and ensure that immediate action has been taken care off.
-Communicate with our shipping department to ensure that our products received and load in time to avoid delay. Tracked orders and notify customers of status or potential delays.
-Conduct daily briefing with our delivery team to attend to their queries and to explain to them the importance of customer service and handling of goods
-Our main task is to provide complete satisfaction to the customer by handling orders inquiry, arranging schedule
and delivery, missing/ wrong order, getting post delivery feedback from the customer and giving our highest
possible solution for any kind of customer’s concerns.

-Processing and arranging Purchase Oder. Invoicing transaction and ensure to send all the appropriate
details to all department.
-Managing reports and monitoring daily trackers to ensure that all process and procedures and aligned accordingly.
-Collaborate with shipping department staff to facilitate gate pass on return products. Schedule of staff and plan deliveries to meet customer demand.
-Generating picking list from store order and schedule delivery.

-Alternated goods in inventory by observing first- in and first- out approach to keep shelves organized and and properly stocked.
- Observed safety measures and good housekeeping within the facility and take charge of the operations in the absence of the Supervisor.
-Recorded information, shortages, and discrepancies to keep records accurate. Checked packages and damaged and notify vendor
-Manage incoming shipments from local and Inter-country suppliers. Supervise the off loading upon shipment
arrival, check shipment size and all corresponding documents and physically checking all items in the shipment.
