- Manage and maintain disaster recovery for all IT services within the PK market and ensures that they are aligned with business continuity plans. Monitors and put in place recovery strategies.
- Adheres to internal compliance, security and governance procedures, liaising with the Global Product Set Owners, and other business areas to ensure that services are delivered within the IT budget.
- Help clients with IT related problems.
- Coordinate and escalate issues with regional support team/ support vendor for problem/incident resolution.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT Specialists for the improvement of IT infrastructure, including Servers & Networks.
ICT Security Management
- Review existing information security measures and develop new procedures to improve IS/IT security and compliance applying COBIT and ISO 27001 controls.
- Brief senior management on the current security threats. Recommend safeguards, information security metrics and trends in information security events.
- Carry out periodic IT Security reviews of information systems.
- Provide support to Internal Audit teams as per the engagement model. Collaborate with Internal Audit teams in relation to Policies, Standards and Procedures (PSP) adherence.
- Work with Internal Audit in IT incidents and Fraud investigations.
- Design, plan and implement and operate a high stable IT environment using proven processes and technologies
