Support a diverse portfolio of corporate clients in meeting their local tax compliance obligations in accordance with Kuwaits tax laws and regulations.

Provide comprehensive advisory support on corporate tax compliance matters for clients across various sectors in the MENA region, with a focus on Kuwait.

Assist in conducting detailed tax reviews of clients accounting records and preparing annual tax returns and

tax-based financial statements in line with regulatory requirements.

Analyse the tax implications of commercial transactions and provide practical recommendations to help clients manage risk and maintain compliance.

Assist in preparing documentation and submissions for tax credit claims and incentives under the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA).

Coordinate and attend meetings with the Kuwait Tax Authority (KTA) at the Ministry of Finance to support

clients during tax inspections and audits.

Assist in drafting tax objection and appeal memoranda and support client representation in discussions with

the KTA

Prepare engagement letters and work orders for new engagements, and assist with billing and identifying potential areas for additional client support

Managed documentation and communication with clients to help ensure timely delivery of advisory engagements

• Evaluated corporate financial statements to assess creditworthiness and lending capacity.
• Prepared credit memoranda and client risk assessments under senior supervision.
• Supported treasury and risk teams in monitoring liquidity ratios and compliance metrics.
