• Conduct a continuous study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices and keep management informed of new developments.
• Lead the development of department goals, objectives, and systems. Provide leadership for Human Resources strategic planning.
• Lead the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans and employee development programs.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, welfare employee services and counseling.
• Ensure proper maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents.
• Manage labor law & government relations.
• Assist Managers/Supervisors with layoffs, disciplinary actions, terminations, promotions and transfers
• Update Employee Handbook.
• Develop and review job descriptions for the Companies and affiliates
• Develop the HR annual business plan and report to management monthly, quarterly and annually on progress of the plan implementation and deadline meeting.
• Handle Recruitment Process (Budgeting, Planning, Networking, Interviewing local and expats from CXO levels to Junior, etc.) in the Middle East, Africa and Asia Regions
• Support the assessment of relevant training needs for the team’s individuals and within the organization in consultation with the Business Heads
• Initiate organizational need to design, organize and implement training strategy for respective businesses.
• Supervise or lead specific training requests to strategically target training needs across businesses.
• Assist with relocations for employees
• Work closely with Legal Department to resolve employee related legal issues.
• Conduct new-hire orientation and exit interviews.
• Know and understand The Company’s Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
• Knowledge of TQM Model and Application of ISO norms
• Ability to plan and do Quality Audits
• Process drafting and design
• In charge of the rebranding exercise of the group and the marketing strategy followed to launch the new logo
