Classify the customers in order to assign promotional plans for the team and follow them up closely.
Conducting Marketing campaigns monthly for the team to promote Pediakid portfolio and maximize Rx share.
Close follow up with my team on weekly basis and detect areas of improvement to develop the team.

Achieving 30% market share for Talgan Nebules Vs Pulmicort Nebules in Al Hady hospital and Dar Al Shefa
hospital only in 6 months.
Achieve Kuwait Monthly sales target.
Enlisting Talgan and some items of Pediakid in Al Orf Hospital and Hadi hospital.
Full commitment from potential KOLs to prescribe Talgan execlusively in some private clinics.
Conducting monthly A/V group meetings and Visiting KOLs weekly to maximize market share.
Setting Sales Target, Operation Expenses, Budget, Gross Profit and Net Profit.
Setting ordering plan and schedule for Overseas Orders with the companies abroad that matching with
annual Target & consumption.
Conducting marketing plan with marketing department including all presentations for A/V meetings, other
marketing tools (Brochures, Flyers, and Goodie bags) and digital marketing plan including Ads and Bloggers.
