Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail
Controlling entrance with Company's Security Personnel to and exit from respective premises ensuring that only authorized personnel as per Company's Identity cards are allowed access
Controlling guests’ entrance to and exit from respective promises ensuring access is giving only with prior appointment with or prior consent of Company's concerned employee.
Completing guest entrance and exit registers showing salient details of guests and visit dates and time giving appropriate directions to visitors
Reporting any and all cases of non-compliance with entrance and or exit regulations and or procedures or other security requirements to company
Carry out day-to-day administration at reception counter of respective premises as directed by company representative
Provide guests with basic information of the premises
Receiving and forwarding to Company's appropriate staff complaints regarding inappropriate use of allocated car parks
Report any observation of suspicious action in his visibility/abnormal situation to competent authorities at once
Give the gate pass applications to the applicants
Maintain logs and date entry
Make sure that bathrooms, Jacuzzi are kept neat and clean
Notifies supervisor within 30 minutes of daily start time regarding staff absences, delays and updates and informs other receptionist of same and related information
Signs for deliveries when necessary and notifies recipient
Prints monthly reports
