Recruitment
• Oversee recruitment needs for the whole group ie job posting, shortlisting, initial interview
• Responsible in monthly recruitment reports ie Headcount, retention rate, turn over, etc.
• Prepares internal employee contracts and confidential agreements
• Conducting onboarding - offboarding process and general employee induction
• Supports PRO in submitting documents of new employees for visa processing
• Prepare and maintain employment records pertaining to hiring, training, salary, increment, promotion, and termination in the HR Management System and files
• Responsible in maintaining employee files and keep confidential HR documents
Compensation & Benefits
• Responsible in employee’s enrolment and deletion of health insurance
• Assist employees in any insurance claim ie medical, workmen compensation
• Finalization of gratuity computation for canceled employees from Payroll Officer
• Computation and encoding of leave salary manually and HR Management System
• Responsible for collecting and verifying documents for salary increment or promotion process
Employee Relations
• Assist HOD in issuing disciplinary warnings to employees
• Assist HOD in handling disciplinary procedures with employees
• Responsible for preparing all HR related memos and policies
• Assist HR Manager in updating HR Handbook, Job Descriptions, and Job Specifications
• Ensuring compliance of all employees to the company’s rules and regulation
Payroll
• Oversee the overall payroll process - UAE, GCC & India
• Assist the Payroll Officer in monitoring the attendance of all employees
• Monitoring of absenteeism and tardiness
• Double checking the SIF encoded by Payroll Officer
• Assist the Payroll Officer in the processing of monthly salaries
• Resolves an issue occur with SIF and WPS
Performance Management
• Assist HOD in monitoring employee performance
• Responsible for endorsing performance appraisal of staffs to managers
• Responsible in updating performance appraisal form
Administration
• Coordinate with accommodation in-charge; oversee the day to day activity in the accommodation
• Travel arrangement of leave and canceled employees
• Coordinates with the bank for closing and opening of account
• Responsible for HR letters or any request from employees
• Responsible for culture people events for staff ei birthday, culture celebration (independence day)
• Overall in charge in HR’s day to day activity
