Worked as a sales associates in the Alshaya Group from July 8, 2018 to September 30, 2022. The main role was customer service where we should posses a good customer service qualities like understanding their needs and wants, having a good communications skills and problem solving . Moreover, we were assigned with merchandising the items as per the lay out plan .
