with those rules. Controls execution of terms of Company’s instructions on fire safety. Participates, provides recommendations and works on improving rules and action plans of
unforeseen situations. Carries out and coordinates orientation sessions and trainings for personnel of Emergency
Response Team and Duty Personnel. Actively participates in safety meetings and conducts drills on fire extinguishing, using
respiratory apparatuses, life-saving equipments and so on at production site. Disseminates posters and published work on agitation and propaganda of fire department
at Company’s facilities. Ensures systematic inspection of fire protection equipment and tools, passing test and
certification by the third party in accordance with standards. Identifies persons in fault of violating requirements of fire safety and of fire occurrence. Gives recommendations on how to eliminate fire
hazards. Reports on each fire related near-miss situation, provides advice to the involved staff,
reveals the causes and deficiencies, and gives recommendations on corrective actions. Participates and gives recommendations on how to improve the procedures and action
plans for all emergency situations. Monitors and gives recommendations on application and compliance to the company
