• Manages IT projects for new offices and warehouse. Design, plan, procure and deploy Network infrastructure which includes LAN and WAN. Responsible for implementation and support for network devices such as Cisco Routers, Switches and Wifi Access Points.
• Ensure the network infrastructure and computer systems are operational at all times.

• Involved in deploying and administration for TNT Application Servers for the Gulf Countries (CA Unicentre Staging Servers)
• Deployment of Security Patches for different platforms (WinXp, Windows Svr 2003)
• Daily monitoring of logs / security from CA Unicenter DSM and Symantec System Console Center Console
• Coordinates with the TNT network team in Atherstone, UK, for Cisco router and switch configurations
• Monitors domestic WAN links from the Dubai Head Office and international WAN links to Atherstone, UK.
• Successfully implements new offices with working network connectivity by installing cisco equipments (routers & switches) with the help of the TNT network team.
• Manages Active Directory services (UserID cycle)
• Supports Internal Projects Controller for security and risks assessment (ISO, Clarity)
• First level support for internal users (Password Resets, Change Raise) and external clients (CIT Customers)
• Acts as First Line helpdesk support locally, Interacts with UK Helpdesk (2nd Level /3rd Level Support) in Atherstone to ask for further assistance in system problems.
• Involves client interaction with regards to software installation, database recovery or upgrade of TNT CIT Softwares (i.e. Express Manager, Express Shipper)
• Conducts client training for Major Account clients using TNT customer software i.e. Express Manager / Isolutions.
• Works with a team which manages more than 250 computers across the Gulf countries (i.e. Dubai, Bahrain and Kuwait)
- Teaches programming development tools and Object-Oriented Programming Concepts by using MS Visual Basic 6.0.
- Attends in-house seminars conducted by colleagues and outside seminars sponsored by IT Societies.
