Responsibilities:
• Conducts regular inspections of workplaces, equipment, and facilities.
• Monitors safe handling, storage, and disposal of cleaning chemicals.
• Verifies that employees use correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when handling chemicals.
• Checks ventilation systems and work areas to prevent chemical exposure.
• Trains workers on proper chemical handling, mixing, and emergency spill response.
• Ensures compliance with chemical safety regulations and hazard communication standards.
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Identifies hazards, unsafe practices, or unsafe conditions.
• Keeps records of inspections, violations, and follow-up actions.
• Stays updated on new safety laws, chemical handling standards, and best practices.
• Promotes a culture of safety and accident prevention in the workplace.
• Investigates accidents, incidents, and near misses to find root causes.
• Prepares inspection reports and recommends corrective actions.
• Monitors the use and condition of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Trains employees on safety procedures and emergency response.
• Collaborates with management to improve safety performance.
• Assign housekeeping tasks.
• Create staffing schedules.
• Provide orientation and training.
• Offer high-quality customer service.
• Manage the inventory and order supplies.
• Issue supplies and equipment to staff.
• Hire new staff and recommend transfers, promotions and dismissals.

• Search vehicles, verifying appointments, checking identifications.
• Communicate with office of any camp arrivals and emergencies.
• Paperwork and office duties.
• Attend daily and weekly meetings.
• Ensures over all safety.
• Detect and remedy potential safety hazards.
• Must handle any safety problems in camp.
• Escort those causing problems out of camp.
• Assist in a camp emergency.
• Communicate with local authorities in case of emergency.

• Supported accounting operations including payroll, statutory accounts, and
reconciliations.
• Maintained organized financial documentation and reporting systems.
