-. In charge for local and overseas recruitment /Visa process for Middle East project.
-. Received manpower requirements from the project site and source CVs accordingly as per required.
-. Arrange phone, skype or personal interview for shortlisted candidates.
-.Sending LOA to nominated and selected candidates.
-. Contact selected /nominated candidates & request documents to be prepared for visa formalities procedure.
-. Daily monitoring / follow-up candidate’s visa process status with local agency.
-. After receiving candidate status, immediately reporting to the HR Manager and update database at the same.
-. Request air ticket once candidate deployment schedule is confirmed/send notification to the site prior to arrival.
-. Prepare weekly deployment report to monitor each project site total number of deployed candidates.
-. Received monthly invoice from the agency for deployment fee then forward to the project site to arrange the remittance.
-. Issuing LPO for requested air ticket / Cross check if ticket fare is correct.
-. Provide clerical and administrative support to office managers and to all the staffs.
-. Assisting with certain PRO tasks such as Visa, labour contract application.
-. Track stock of office and stationeries supplies then place order when necessary.
-. Arrange airport pick-up and hotel accommodation for the guest.
