Performs company-level tasks as described below:
• Reports to the HR Manager for work status and delivers completed task and pending task reports.
• Call candidates for interview and meet-up schedules.
• Answer general inquiries of prospect clients and companies who want to avail the services of the firm.
• Answer candidate processing and follow-ups in person and via phone call.
• Coordinate with consultants for daily, weekly and monthly reports of client interviews, met-up and positions received.
• Maintain the Candidate Assessment database.
• Handle candidate registry including uploading, saving and updating the database of CVs sent via online.
• Proficient in the use of Xerox DocuShare.
• Maintain and organize confidential documents and TOA from clients.
• Handle the company’s petty cash and oversee the adequate supply of materials and stationary supplies.
• Handle expense reports and consolidations.
• Handle courier services (sending and receiving).
• Overseeing the company’s physical cleanliness, maintenance and organization.

-Handles Customer Service Aspect of the Branch.
-Scout clients to open an account or sign for an Insurance policy with the bank.
-Interview and perform credit investigation to clients who want to get a loan with the bank.
-Answers Inquiries, phone calls and schedules of the Branch Manager
-Composes Bank Certifications and special bank letters for high-end clients.
-Takes care of bank reports including collection, filing, scanning and retrieval.
Teller:
-Senior Teller to the no. 1 bank in the Philippines.
-Handles daily balancing of cash and vouching of transactions.
-Handles cash and check transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, encashments, bills payments and remittance pay-outs.
-Answers account inquiries from time to time.
Genserv:
-Handles Telegraphic Transfers. Debit the account of the sender and compute charges for the transfer.
-Process of foreign currency exchange.
-Handle verification and negotiation of the manager's checks, counter checks and traveler's checks.
-Process US Visa Application payment and check writing.
-Make Bank Certifications and release of Bank Statements to clients.
-Handles the filing in the Genserv Department.

-Organize 201 files of new hires and do follow-ups on incomplete requirements.
-Handle Corporate Employees’ timekeeping.
-Monitor adjustments in shifts and encode employee shifts and overtime in the SAP program.
-Coordinate with employee relations department in corporate events in reservation of foods, vouching of tickets and setting up the venue. -
