Post contract administration and commercial support including:
Interim evaluations of work delivered and work in progress.
Prepare contract documents and agreements in compliance with company polices and FIDIC contracts.
Maintain organized contract files including contract correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications and payments
Conducting contract related correspondence with clients and subcontractors, regarding work progress and deliverables status, Changes to scope and deliverables
Prepare prequalification documents.
Review contractor’s claims/Variations
Ensure the submission of contractors’ insurance and performance bonds in accordance with contract other contractual documents.
Prepare bill of quantities and cost estimates if required.
To review the contracts in compliance with FIDIC conditions.
To manage sub contracts and suppliers
To consult with technical staff on various products
Handle complaints from clients
Payments of contracts and invoices
To make available all revisions to all stakeholders in projects
Make sure that all activities are compliance with contract requirements
Involved in setting out, planning of works, Development of construction specifications, scope of work and estimates.
Preparation of construction work packages. Project monitoring
Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports
Work with construction QC to resolve any outstanding issue; recommends best practices. Supports field procurement.
Perform field walk downs/inspections to review the work for conformance with the design
drawings, applicable codes/standards and company policies/procedures.To pre-qualify and bids, review bids from contractors, prepare cost estimates, Prepare
financial and technical proposals.
To verify billing of contractors/sub-contractors at the projects
Management of Construction works for the construction of new feed mill
