1.Being focal point for MEP work interface between design team and client’s Technical/Project/ Construction Management teams and contractor.
2. Resolve any technical difficulties/work interface arising during construction, authority inspections and incorporating client’s additional requirements; coordinate with design team when design input is required.
3. Coordinate with LEED consultant for implementation of LEED design phase review comments by USGBCI, monitoring of applicable construction activities and LEED commissioning.
