My responsibilities involved managing the service aspect of branch banking on a nationwide basis. This included conducting monthly FOBO (Front Office Back Office) meetings on branch, region and nationwide level, conducting monthly meetings with frontline sales staff regarding service issues and quality, conducting daily conference calls with sales management staff to discuss the status and progress on various ongoing exercises, creating daily MIS about branch performance for review and action of CDH along with managing various projects by liaising with other departments.
