• Establish main control over construction site, Preparation of daily works programme for construction activities
• Identify obstructions to work areas and forward solutions for overcoming such obstructions.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports and records of works carried out in order to describe, certify and assume liability for work performed.
• Preparation of inspection reports, reviewing the construction drawings and execution of work as per drawings.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly progress report and submission.
• Preparation of daily engineers report and compute the weekly productivity from the reports. Preparation of cost analysis for each BOQ item.
• Remarkable ability at Prioritizing and planning work activities; using time efficiently; setting goals and objectives; organizing and scheduling other people and their tasks plans
• Study drawings in detail and raise RFI’s concerning discrepancies on the drawings relating to dimensions and setting out of the works at early stage of the project.
• Obtain the approval for drawings from consultant and clients after careful explanation of the same. Attending the progress meeting conducted by the management.
• Attending QA/QC meeting on a weekly basis and handle the activities of QA/QC engineer at Site in coordination with QA/QC Supervisor.
• Solid personnel management experience, including technical evaluation of staff, conflict resolution skills, emotional composure and initiative.
