• Act as a first point of contact for queries across the whole HR remit, responding immediately to routine queries, using available reference material and personal knowledge and escalating more complex matters as necessary.
• Input, retrieve and manage people -related data on the IT systems for all key processes as well as keeping IT based information up to date.
• Assisting in payroll, preparation and administration, also helping in Interviews, Recruitment, Selection, and other appointments.
• Drafting bulletins and other briefing materials, also carrying out research and project work and developing HR processes, practices and systems.
• Provide advice and guidance in accordance with agreed policies, procedures and working practices and supporting other team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Other Support in HR strategies and plans, maintaining personal filing system, preparing reports, answering the phone, quick email, travel arrangements and other duties.
