o Preparing detailed estimates for different Tenders and Projects.
o Preparing the quantity for provided tenders against the SLD’s, P&ID etc.
o Floating enquiries to Supplier/ Manufacturer.
o Comparison studies based on suppliers quotations.
o Negotiation with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of project.
o Preparation of technical submittals for Projects and Tenders.
o Final bill preparation and rate evaluation for Tenders.
o Sending & discussing the quotations of Engineering Items with projects for final technical evaluation & client technical approval.
o Expedite the Consultant for the timely review, approval and return of engineering data submitted in order to initiate the manufacturing process by the supplier.
o Preparing Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with the selected vendors, price & technical specifications.
o Monitoring & Following up the deliveries / production status with logistics & vendors.
o Coordinating with Third party laboratories for testing activities.
o Preparing method statements for the installation of mechanical items as per the site requirements.
o Following design check, procurement, planning and execution of Engineering works.

Installation and servicing of security systems including fire alarms, metal detectors, CCTV’s biometric systems, access control
Observe the building and proper wiring
To assist or instruct electricians and wiremen
Responsible for Execution and Supervision of Work
Negotiating with Sub-Contractor and business associates to finalize the work orders Check & approve the subcontractor’s bills and payment certificates
Procurement of materials as per the site requirements
