- Observing operations and training associates depending of areas of improvement
- Conducting training modules to improve guest satisfaction
- Helping in scheduling inter-department activities and community activities (Spirit to Serve on a monthly basis)
- Incase of external trainings, coordinating for the same.
- Handling the journey of Interns and Management trainees at the property.
2 years full time Masters degree in Human Resources management, where apart from the operations of Human Resources subjects covered were - Training and Development, Organizational Development etc. Also taken up a subject on Marketing and Advertising during this period.
