Support the Relationship Officers & maximise sales

Ensuring the department, complies with all recruitment Policies, Laws and Regulations.
Prepare HR budget for all planned activities which includes recruitment & selection, training and rewards.
Administering and explaining benefits to employees serving as a liaison between insurance careers and employees
Coordinating with placement consultants and negotiating on contracts.
Ensure attendance systems are followed and salary of employees administered on time.
Reviewing employee complaints and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of concerns or issues.
Working towards improving PMS for providing rewards and appreciation for successful performers.
Supporting Assistant HRM in Scheduling and conducting Performance Appraisal meetings with various department Heads.
Updating, Processing& filing of all documents including training, absence& holiday records of staff.
Develop HR induction program for new staff, direct and guide them to integrate in the work environment
Responsible for inventory, office stock & order supplies as necessary
Setting up & coordinating meetings & conferences
Perform data management, drafting & editing of short memos.
