Prepare and present sales forecast for the succeeding twelve months and updating once in two weeks by coordinating with Sales Team
Sales team achievements for the previous month is evaluated and updated to General manager
Organizes regular meetings of sales department and support the sales team
by combined visit to customers.
Maintains own key accounts of major customers and give frequent visits
New projects awarded to Unibeton as well lost projects to other suppliers are evaluated in monthly sales meeting.
Conducting close follow up on project awarded to Unibeton to avoid any disturbance by competitors and ensure the forecasted volume is supplied.
Frequent communications and visits are given for project under negotiation and initiate for plant trials to ensure the forecasted volume for the year
Project under negotiations are updated weekly by coordinating with the sales team and reports are been sent to General Manager
Project under tender with contractors are monitored and establish solid relations with the potential bidders
Support the sales team in closing projects which are under negotiation.
Supporting Accounts Receivables Manager regarding overdue payments
Coordinate with the Production Manager on master planning for the next day’s supply
Combined visit with Technical Manger to customers to sort out quality related issues as well to discuss regarding queries on value added products
Joint visits with Operations Manager to customers where we have scope to set up Onsite batching plants
Initiating Cash Sales through IHB segment for smooth cash flow
Market Intelligent are collected in structured way and compiled for future references
Managing Major Customer accounts and concentrating major contractors of New Port Project.
Managing training and supporting sales team to achieve business target by giving joint visit to customers.
Updating GM on weekly basis regarding customer visits as well inform him regarding customer meeting where we requires his support.
Coordinating with the Production in charge regarding the next days’ supply and prioritize customers.
Regular follow up on mid-size projects under negotiation.
Support the sales team in closing projects which are under negotiation.
Supporting Finance Controller in payment issues and initiating combined visits to customers
Visits with Technical Manger to customers to sort out quality & quantity related issues
Competitor’s activities are monitored and furnish updates to GM on a monthly basis.
The purpose of the position have full responsibility and control over the plant production, marketing, technical and financial activities
Review and evaluate the monthly MIS report and present in monthly regional review meetings
To establish and implement over all business strategies consisting of manufacturing, sales, marketing, procurement & logistics, human resources, administration and finance.
Review and approve adequate plans for budget spending, planned outputs, labour, material and engineering efficiency.
Maintaining good relations with cement manufactures for smooth supply and price.
Regular meetings with aggregate suppliers as well nearby crushers to ensure prompt supply of aggregates and to maintain buffer stock.
Conducting Seminars in Engineering College for upcoming civil engineers in coordination with the Regional Marketing Manager.
Keeping good relations with the engineers associations, contractors group and participate in their social gatherings.
Head up the product marketing and sales team to maximize company profitability and growth.
Credit control meetings are conducted once in every week with the sales team and ensure payments are collected as per the agreed payment terms
Collaborate with the respective department heads to define objectives in each area of operations.
Establish and maintain standards, promote best practices and act on any area with potential improvements.
Development and implement strategies that lead the company towards
organizational excellence and profit maximizations.
The primary purpose of the position is to secure maximum sales of company’s concrete products through the effective development & execution of sales program & sales strategies.
Enquiries are generated and updated in the ERP system from enquiry, costing quotation and to final order acceptance.

Coordinate delivery and pouring schedule with site coordinators and solely manage customer requirements.
Develop new customer base, covers all sales processes from initial customer contact to contract signing, payment & collection.
Communicate and relate to all departments with interfacing functions most especially with customers for whatever concrete mix design and volume they may need.
Devise and execute strategic plans for achieving sales targets and ensure portability.
Identify & explore new markets and tap profitable business opportunities to augment market share.
Monitor competition and device effective counter strategies.
Appointment of sub-dealer & distributors.
Meeting the customer via the end user, promoter and influencers like mason, construction engineer, architect, contractor, who so ever is present at site
Arranging social get together for Masons Engineers and Contractor groups
Initiating the structured discussion based on information collected and starts persuasion for use of our brand.
Exploring and looking for new sites likely to start and ensuring the use of our brand from the start itself.
Collect list of prospective customers from government department who gives building permits
In case of non-trade / institutional convinced customer, arranging supplies through non - trade cell.
Meeting doctors and creating awareness about inhalation therapy
Converting doctors from oral therapy to inhalation therapy for treatment of asthma
Conducting workshops for junior doctors in coordination with experienced professors from leading medical colleges on inhalation therapy.
Conducting patient education programs and educating the paramedical staffs about inhalation devices.
New product launches are conducted by inviting medical fraternity with seminars given by Senior specialist on the new product
Making hospital and pharma store entries for new products.
Product planning support through the Product Dept.
Preparation of Marketing Reports based on the product briefing by the doctors.
