• Thorough knowledge about construction industry, different departments, different stages of construction project, applications and buying process.
• Formulate and implement a focused sales plan to capitalize on growth opportunities in the region.
• Generate a healthy sales pipeline by leveraging professional networking skills, grow business relations with potential as well as existing clients by providing exceptional service across the sales cycle.
• Approach new projects / Contractors proactively to get enquiry at the early stage of the project.
• Preparing product technical submittals, Compliance statements, letters etc.
• Attend technical meetings, providing most efficient, optimum & economical solutions related to applications.
• Conducting Product presentations, Demos, mock-ups, and seminars.
• Identifying and conducting meetings with the key decision makers and influencers in projects.
• Follow up on quotations, emphasize on the value proposition of our products/services, negotiations with the key decision makers and closing the deal.
• Establish Price agreement (Loyalty agreement) with key customers.
• Effective communication with customers and as well as with all level of the organization.
• Handling customer complaints and queries.
• Regular payment follow-ups, Coordination with our and customers finance team, solving payment related document issues, conduct meetings with key decision makers regarding payments to maintain smooth cash flow throughout the year.
