• Trained in IBM MAXIMO Asset Management CMMS software from IBM- UAE, and now working in the role of Maintenance analyst and planner.
• Responsible for create maintenance schedule, maintain parts inventory and work closely with maintenance staff, contractors and outside vendors.
• Knowledge and handling experience on Bosch Video management system (BVMS) and Bosch Cameras (Fixed and PTZ Cameras).
• Experienced in Traffic management system (Siemens Sitraffic v5.1) Electronics & communication fundamentals and SCADA Operations and development, leadership and mentoring, test and problem-solving.
• Training Certified and experienced in Solari di Udine Variable Message System (VMS) with Front End Processor (FEP) Application.
• Supervise the ELV System (Access Control System, CCTV, Siemens’s public address system, Siemens’s Emergency and Maintenance telephone, Radio Re-Broadcasting System, Siemens’s Fire Alarm Systems, Video Smoke Detection system etc.) Installation at site.
• Diligent, reliable, quick learner & a good team player.
Responsibilities
• Monitoring and recording of activities on site.
• Prepare Monthly Maintenance report, monthly Environmental report and also daily, weekly and monthly vehicle counting report.
• Checking and reporting to the client on all claims received, attending meeting with clients accordingly.
• Monitor and manage SCADA Servers, VSD Server, and CCTV Server Workstations, PLC’s, RTU’s and other subsystems from control room.
• Monitor the traffic flow and working of tunnel systems properly through SCADA and CCTV.
• Historical Analysis, Trend Analysis and server management, Real Time Monitoring.
• Initiate the Emergency response plan in case of any accidents or fire inside the tunnel.
Job Profile
• Provide assistance with maintenance team for defective systems known through SCADA system.
• Monitor the traffic flow and divert the traffic according to ERP.

PROVIDE ASSISTANCE FOR THE FOLLOWING SYSTEMS THROUGH SCADA AND CCTV FROM CONTROL ROOM
• Maintenance of Mechanical Services such as Ventilation Systems(Jet Fan, Pressure Fan, Extract Fan), Sumps, Oil interceptor and Drainage routes.
• Maintenance of Electrical Services such as Tunnel lighting System, MDB, Control Panel, SMDB.
• Maintenance of Power Services such as MDB, Control Panel, SMDB, Generator Set, UPS and Batteries, 48 V DC System, 22 KV switch gear, 2000KVA Transformer in Control Room Building and Sub Station Building.
• Maintenance of Fire Suppression System such as Foam Water Deluge, Foam Nitrogen Deluge, FM200 Extinguishing, Fire Pump Extinguishing System, Fire Diesel engine, Electric Pump Motor, Jockey Pump, Hose Real Fire Cabinet, Portable Fire Extinguishers.
• Maintenance of Extra Low Voltage System such as Voice Alarm, Emergency and Maintenance telephone, Radio Re-Broadcasting System, Fire Alarm, Video Smoke Detection, Access Control, CCTV, Traffic Control System, Variable Message Sign, OHVD System.
• Maintenance of Control and Monitoring System such as SCADA (including PLC’s and RTU’s), Instrumentation.
• Maintenance of network including fiber optic cable.
