• Represented and provided legal support to the Saudia Group entities, including Saudi Airlines AirTransport Company (SV), Prince Sultan Aviation Academy (PSAA), and Saudia Private Aviation (SPA).

• Attended criminal trials, which numbered more than 1500 sessions, reviewed the statement of defense and any objections raised by the parties involved.
• Managed the entire process of lawsuits from initiation to the final judgment including organizing case files, tracking deadlines, and ensuring all required documentation is submitted promptly.
• Acted as a point of contact between various concerned authorities, such as the Public Prosecution, Police, Prisons, and Hospitals.
• Reviewed and summarized interception regulations to ensure that all actions and procedures taken by the competent authorities adhere to the legal framework.

• Validated the privacy policies and terms & conditions for specific companies within Bugshan Group. This included Anfal Shared Businesses, Al-Talayi, Afaq, and Motocare.
• Ensured that all contracts, privacy policies, and terms & conditions adhere to the applicable legal standards.
• Assisted in providing legal advice and guidance to the relevant companies within Bugshan Group.
