Position:- Network & System Admin

• Administer and operate the day to day server\desktop infrastructure of Windows 2008\2012 LAN environment.
• Install, Manage and maintain MS Windows Domain Controller Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Managing of local, group and domain policies in Active Directory and shared folders permissions access.
• Implementing and Configuring Active Directory to Create Domain for MOSA Project.
• Designing and Implementation of Local Area Networks.
• Install and configured Microsoft Outlook 2003 & 2007&2010 with Exchange & Pop3 (PST) personal storage backup for outlook emails.
• Backup and restore of applications user files and outlook files
• Responsible as a team member for Implementation of Cisco devices Routers and Switches.
• Administration of IP addresses Redistribution, Route filtering, Default Routing, Administrative Distance modifications and Route Maps For both policy routing and during redistribution.
• Designed VLANs with the consideration of traffic flow. Configured Trunk links with ISL & 802-1Q and enabled VTP modes like Server, Client, Transparent on 2950, 2960 Cisco Switches.
• Network Monitoring and health checkup of Data devices using tools like Solar Winds, Opmanager, PRTG, Multiping and Kiwi Syslog server.
• Configuration data backup using TFTP server of Data devices.
• Implementation and Configuration of Exchange server 2007, 2010.
• Remotely troubleshooting to users in different locations. With team viewer, remote desktop connection.
• Install and configure Network printers & share printer to all user.
• Troubleshooting for switches, modems, network outlets, Desktops, laptops, printers and scanners.
• Troubleshooting and solving connectivity issues ranging from cabling printing and application issues.
• Installing and Configuring Microsoft ISA 2004, 2006as a Firewall and for internet using Purpose With user access rights policies.
• Vtp trunking For switches and routers.
• Monitoring and analyzing any viruses that affect the network. And ensuring client is getting update from server on daily and weekly basis

• Handled Eaton Migrations from EVPN to AVPN
• Handled Eaton LAN Migrations
• Handled Eaton OOB (Out of Band) projects
• Creating CRQ for Planned Outage of Network
• Working on Incident management and change management process
• Updating Solar wind Tool with Router Info, IP, Loopback, LCON Site address.
• Need to work on the Network issues with SLA’s
• Working On Different types of Tools:
 BMC Remedy- Tool
 Solar Winds tool and its roles
 ATT BD and key check list and updates
 Key tool links, login details, JOE portal, EU courses and its importance.
• ATT notification alerts
• Post alert calling GSC with script
• Worked on Different Types of routers which we deal (EVPN AVTS & ANIRA)
• Severities based on Eaton transcript
• Assigning tickets in BMC and doing further FUP
• Medium Tickets and their FUP procedure
• Circuit Down/Interface Issues/DSR (USA)/Fan or a hardware replacement
• Dispatch window, Test window, SAH, Power confirmation to the device.
• Sending Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) Email to Local SIS and doing FUPS according to Eaton
• Escalating issues to GAN, GSC & GCSC team.
• Email etiquettes and daily reports.
• Working on HIGH ticket
• Identifying High tickets issues, emails to be sent, BD update, open the ticket, FUP done and assigning to GAN if issues are not resolved
• Working on Critical tickets doing FUP and Sending SIN and SRN Notifications to all over team of Eaton
• Escalating ATT based on SLA and remedy updates and GAN transfer if needed.
• Sending emails and FTS handovers.
• Providing KT to New team members.
