system for utilities
● Review of PFD and basis for MEG Recovery
● Modification details/review/implementation for segregation
of Process Water and Produced water.
● Improvement using process calculation/softwares: Sulphur
efficiency by changing process parameters­using
proprietary simulation software (Amine loading, optimising
Clauss Reactor, identifying heat stable salt and removing
the same, recommending optimised parameters for
corrosion control for SRU/TGT, Optimisation of parameters
for Merichem Unit)
● Incinerator Hot spot RCFA, Pressure control improvement
● Developing troubleshooting and monitoring plan; Frequent
foaming troubleshooting­decontamination activities; Route
cause study and action plan for choking of Produced water
lines, failure of Nitrogen vaporiser, Incinerator hot spot;
Review of critical Operating Procedures.

of TLX, saving of vapour loss of Light ends, optimized ratio
of ethylene feed based on the intermediate stream analysis,

work in team, developing acceptable procedures for
handing over equipment for maintenance.
✓ Taking leadership in Safety and environment auditing of the
plant and operation, safety committee meetings in shifts,

Primary responsibilities for Sr. Proj. Engineer is to review
P&ID, safety protection system, develop philosophy for user
friendly safety logic system.
✓ Primary responsibilities for Manager were Plant Production,
priorities the Maintenance activities, monitor safety and
environmental matters, align quality and efficiency issues,
associate to improve technology.
✓ Associated with Gandhar Project of VCM.
✓ Developing DCS System design of VCM Plant (TDC 3000).
This include the development of philosophy for APM,
graphic for user interface, Safety and interlock system,
Logic for user start up. Later modifying the logic system to
automate for safe and optimized start ups/shutdown.
✓ Incharge for Incinerator Project, as co­ordinator,
commissioning, modification for quality control as well as
improvement in availaibilty of incineration, pumps seal
modification etc.
✓ Commissioning of Oxy section.
✓ Stabilization and optimization of Incineration System with
process calculations and analytical results.
