- Responsible to manage nike stores which they are more than 12 stores the central region includes 25 staff in each store.
- Report on daily basis on sales and the achievements
- follow up on each store inventory
- Achieve and distribute monthly target on daily basis.
- Send the daily reports which has the customers requirements .
- Create the stock control report every 3 months cycle.
- Followup with head office on maintenance, legal,
municipality, labor office, and trade-related processes.
- interview and recruit the right employees for the right position in my stores .

Responsible to manage more than 40 brands and more than 25 staff in 1 store.
- Report on daily basis on sales, number of visitors, and loyalty cards.
- Report to management on each brand (sales, inventory, delivery, merchandizing and orders).
- Achieve and distribute monthly target on daily basis.
- Send the weekly report on best selling brand, increase ratio and the cause of peak or drop.
- Create the stock control report every 6 months cycle.
- Followup with head office on maintenance, legal, municipality, labor office, and trade-related processes.

- Staff management. training, recruitment and supervision.
- Achieve the daily store visit (3-4 visits per day).
- Supervise all related tasks for sales, HR, merchandizing, and inventory orders across 12 stores in Riyadh and 1 in Qassim related to YSL Brand.
- Reporting to brand manager.
- Advise and coordinate with the management on events, increasing sales income and inventory orders by switching and distributing top achievers across stores and coordinating with warehouse on expired products and orders delivery.

- Responsible to promote beauty, skin scare, and perfume of YSL Brand to store visitor.
- Greet the customer and advise them to buy the most suitable products to their skin color and skin type.
- Report to sales supervisor on the sales and products sold on daily basis.
- Report to sales supervisor the products inventory required to show on roof/stand.
- Arrange the products roofs based on YSL Brand guidelines.
- Attend multiple product-specific trainings and coordinate with sales supervisor when we present YSL Products in exhibitions and special events.
