• Assist in sales and Account Management team.
• To build proposals/ tender response.

• Interviewing candidates face to face; by phone and via Skype.
• Source and screen candidates for existing vacancies and submit them for the relevant positions.
• Update the company online database: ensuring all the fields for each applicant are correctly filled to facilitate easy searching.
• Write and Post job ads on job boards: Monster Gulf, Propel Website, Gulf Talent, and LinkedIn.
• Compose and send out E Shots with latest jobs to all the relevant candidates on our database.
• Search and shortlist candidates for positions relevant to my field.
• Search all CV databases for latest relevant CVs.
• Obtain Referrals from ALL candidates.
• Optimize Social Networking resources to establish contacts with candidates.
• Aftercare - ensure placed candidates are satisfied with their jobs.
