- Take the RFQ's and send the inquiries to the suppliers worldwide
- Make decisions on the basis of the prices we receive from them to find out which is best as per the client's requirements
- Finding out the feasibility of supply of different items
- Building the quotation accordingly
- On receiving the Order, place the orders while making the payments as needed in advance and get the material to the warehouse at least 1 week before the due date given to the client
- Checking the material once it is arrived in and also when it is ready to be shipped to the client's facility
- Following up with the client whether they have received the material and getting their feedback
- Taking responsibility from the day of Quotation till the date of delivery to the end user
-Contacting Customers over phone or via email
-Grabbing complete information regarding their travel plans
-Searching for the best possible option
-Discussing the travel plan with the customer
-Educating the customer with all pros and cons of certain travel packages
-Filing all the information properly about the customer to book their tickets and Hotel rooms and rechecking it before finalizing the booking.
-Making Payment online
-Coordinating with the Hotels and ensuring good quality services so that customer will not face any inconvenience while their visit
-Managing Records & Reports
-Follow up customers for any future travel plans
