*Assist in the administrative support for code set up, engagement code maintenance using CRM, GTAC and Global Financial Information System (GFIS)
*Produce engagement correspondence such as statement of work and engagement letters as requested by client facing staff.
*Print and distribute standard engagement reports in My Business reporting portal upon request by engagement’s managers.
*Collaborate with the finance team on engagement related finance matters.
*Assist in the preparation of fee notes and supporting analysis for fee billings.
*Follow up with clients on outstanding fees and coordinate with the dispatch team for collection.
*Provide and hoc support to portfolio as and when required.
• Issue Report based on received trade documents following the Country Instructions, IVP Business Rules, quality assurance procedures, performance standards and other similar or related references.
• Provides valuation and HS classification opinion of goods being transacted based on Business Rules using database and other similar or related references for standard files and when necessary sub-contracts to Competence Centre, if transaction is found to be a non-standard file.
• Enters subcontracted opinion of the affiliates in the system, as necessary.
• Verifies the technical information and quality of documents to ensure that they are correctly and completely registered in the application system.
• Performs quality audit of administration details and correcting if necessary before finalizing the Report.
• Assists in amending Reports based on review done by the TA, as necessary.
• Re-transmits issued Report upon request of Geneva Head Office (HO) or Contract Management Office (CMO).
• Provides or assists in translation from English to another foreign language and vice versa, if the DPO is with language skills.
• Actively attends and participates in team and company meetings.
• Provides suggestions on process improvements.
• Reports to Management any breach of integrity, solicitation for, or offer of, an improper payment or advantage coming to his/her knowledge.
• Performs other responsibilities as may be assigned by Operations Management to achieve operations efficiency. Examples of other tasks are as follows: to Lead or Member of Special Projects or Task Force, etc.
