Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases

Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses

Prepare Cheque against Vendor Invoices.
Receive cash from Customer and deposit in Bank
Maintain Filling with all supportive documents
preparing Debit Notes & Vendor Statement of Account
preparing Cheque for Annual Leave Salary
Receiving money by cash or cheq and deposit in the bank and maintain the record in the SAP system
Follow up on bank drafts and wire transfers as required
Prepare cash receipts for bank deposit, and reconcile cash on a daily basis
