Major Responsibility is to assist the Director of Security in overseeing and managing all aspects of the Security Department. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests and Team Members as well as protection of entire Hotel and the protection of tribal assets.
Responsible for maintaining a secure environment through ensuring the security of the physical hotel plan.
Act as liaison between hotel and any governmental agencies such as police, fire and any safety regulatory bodies.
Conduct investigation of all act of crime, property damage or any losses incurred against by guests, patrons staff, and Hotel Company in order to determine those responsible and proceed with any necessary prosecution/recover of losses.
Through implementation of policies and procedures, ensure that the hotel maintains full compliance with all legislative acts including occupational health and Safety.
Maintain a high level of general concern for workplace safety, amongst all hotel staff through implementation of various policies and procedures.

Organizing & conducting of training programmes in compliance with the SOP’s of the Hotel
Major responsibilities were to provide, implement and monitor a security management package for the hotel in compliance with the Hotel policy as well as rules & regulations and all other matters with reference to Fire Life safety. Minimizing risk and providing a creditable level of protection for the Hotel premises, its guests, visitors and employees.
As a Supervisor I ensured that the department was adequately manned at all times taking into consideration the volume of business thereby ensuring that the guests were served efficiently and received an exceptional level of customer service from the entire team.
All Security Duties performed and maintained in accordance with the Hotel’s standards and regulations.
Interviewing people & writing reports regarding incidents occurring whilst on duty.
Providing assistance in conducting preliminary investigations into any allegation of theft etc.
Providing assist in ensuring the Safety & Security of all assets of the Hotel inclusive of employees & guests.
Responsible for a smooth operation of the Casino.
Ensuring that any incident, dispute or abnormalities within the Casino are dealt with immediately creating a peaceful environment.
Monitoring and checking of all individuals entering the casino, with the use of a metal detector,
