Guiding a team of Maintenance crew comprising of Technicians, mechanics and contractors in day-to-day maintenance and repair activities.
Preparing, Scheduling & Monitoring the Execution of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance for all Machines and Equipment’s in the department.
Compressed air and Steam trap inspection/fault finding and report preparation of steam and compressed air lines.
Providing monthly reports regarding condition monitoring activities. Annual (monthly) budgetary projections for maintenance, Repair & major spares procurement / replacement activities, Energy management activity details to top Management
Condition Monitoring &Inspection of various Rotating equipment, Static equipment and Electrical equipment throughout the plant using
1. Vibration Analysis,
2. Ultra probe (UE system),
3. Thermography etc.
Motor Current Signature Analysis and Motor Circuit Analysis of critical HV Motors
My responsibilities included participating and supervising the different Operation and maintenance activities (preventive, predictive & corrective maintenance) of the electrical equipment’s including generators, motors, transformers, HVAC, lighting, gas turbines, diesel engines, switchgear etc. then feeding back in our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). I was also responsible for supervising the different taskforces, carrying out toolbox talks and risk assessment and job safety analysis managing to optimize the required manpower and maintain their own safety as well as securing the company’s assets’ integrity and improve its equipment reliability.

Monitoring the work progress and reporting to the higher authorities.
Field of erection, maintenance of medium and high voltage installations including cabling, earthing, stand by diesel generator set and 11KV Unitised Sub Station in high rise buildings and industries. Design of electrical installations such as high rise buildings, 11KV Sub Stations and Industrial Electrics.
