• Expert translation of English programme descriptions into Arabic for use across all OSN’s platforms (inclusive of OSN’s website and printed publications).
• Manage metadata for OSN's Digital Platforms (OSN Play and Wavo).
• Research, source and edit appropriate images and synopses for a wide variety of OSN content.
• Ensure digital content passes smoothly through all internal workflows. Problem-solving when necessary.
• Ensuring EPG schedules and digital assets are published pre-deadline to their respective platforms, inclusive of full Arabic translations and accurate metadata.
• Use internal software to add and manage extra programme metadata (images, video clips, highlights, subtitles).
• Troubleshoot technical issues in conjunction with other internal departments (Broadcast Operations, Acquisitions, Subtitling) to ensure delivery of EPG files to all relevant destinations.
• Obtain, inspect and study monthly schedules from local, regional and international broadcasters. Revise, reformat and edit these schedules (where necessary) to ensure they conform to OSN standards.
• Work closely with internal and external suppliers to ensure the delivery of schedules and extra programme information. 
• Monitor the accuracy of programme information appearing across all of OSN’s platforms and publications.
• Project work aimed at constantly improving the accuracy, reach and appeal of OSN's programme information.
