1.Troubleshooting day-to-day desktop related problems, performance fine-tuning for server and desktop and antivirus related problems.
2.Creation of Login ID’s on server and creating folders, giving permissions to users, Veritas Automated backups, data recovery and Disaster Recovery. Preparing Event reports.
3.Installation of RAS (Remote Access Service) at offices, checking wan connectivity (lease line and ISDN line). Maintaining purchases of Hardware Accessories.
4.Active directory and proxy server administration.
5.Troubleshooting, creating-deleting users, archiving, compacting and maintenance.
