Development and monitoring indicators:
Update and monitor management indicators and dashboards for monitoring the activity of the different operations and evaluating the company's business performance.
Helping business managers to establish and monitor the performance indicators to measure the achievement of their objectives.
Estimates and budget tracking:
Participate in the development of objectives for every department.
Develop a draft plan: level of activity to achieve taking into account the financial, human and technical implemented.
Prepare for each department and operation the estimated budget (economic goals, means and financial results) from the targets in close coordination with the division heads.
Anticipating the effects of the activity through simulations. Readjust the budget if necessary.
Budgetary control and profitability/ Analysis:
Monitor the achievements of the budget from accounting information
Identify, measure and analyze the differences between forecasts and achievements
Calculate the profitability of each operation
Analyze cost of goods sold, selling, general and administrative expenses and other operating expenses.
Monitoring: Keeping informed of developments in the different departments / businesses and all information that could impact the company's activities.
Financial reporting:
Review, analyze and comment on the statements of reporting (Balance sheet, P & L statement, Cash flow statement).
Delivering the results of management indicators to the Directors of control and head of departments.
Alert on the budget gap to propose on time corrective actions.
Other general responsibilities:
Overseeing internal financial controls.
Providing financial, commercial and strategic support to the business.
Preparation of management information from source data.
