• Provide Logistic Support to visitors: Arranging a flight booking / road transportation for the staff and visitors conduct a safety induction and set up the accommodation for the visitors.

• Perform general clerical duties including faxing, mailing, filing etc.

• Coordinate and maintain records of staff office space, vehicle, phones, accommodation, staff weekly schedules etc.

• Maintain PC inventory, Office Equipment Inventory, Stationary Inventory for the Project.

• Focal point for all site based inward/outward letters receipt/dispatch, maintaining log of all letters.

• To prepare presentations/proposal as assigned by Company Site Representative (CSR).


• Maintain the Meeting Schedule, Team records, Organization Charts, Projected Man days, Journey Plans, and Night Driving etc.

• To perform any other duties assigned or delegated by the Company Site Representative (CSR).

• Preparing the timesheets of the employees and forward to the payroll department.

• Managing the petty cash, at end of the day transactions will be processed into accounting system.

• Helping with any IT issues - liaising with IT provider.

• Coordinating with HR for mobilizing the staff with given requirements submitted by the clients.

• Maintaining the monthly invoices received from the contractors.
