Analysing, Design & reviewing detail drawings of (i) Gantry towers and girders, equipment Supporting Pipe/Lattice Structures, (ii) Foundation (open/pile) for gantry, Supporting structures, LM, Transformers, (iii) Review of GIS building design and detailing (ii) Cable Trenches, Firewall, Transformer Oil collection tank and Oil separation system for Switchyards in global standards (IEEE, IBC/UBC loadings, EN, BS-EN, ASCE, SNiP/GOST, PUE, SNI (Indonesian), etc., ).

• Co-ordination with ABB Finland business unit for engineering job and discussing for engineering input and delivery schedules.
• Preparing design calculations for equipment support and gantry structures in international standards (SS / SFS / EN, BS, ASCE, SNiP/GOST, IBC/UBC loadings)
• Preparing design calculation on various substation civil engineering activities like civil foundation (pile and open) for equipment, gantry & mast tower, transformer, firewall, cable trench, duct crossings in international standards (SFS EN, BS, & SNI).
• Providing guidance to CAD Operators, to ensure error free drawings.
• Updating drawings and documentations in a timely manner to the project server / Projectwise.
• Reviewing of civil and structural drawings from electrical clearances point of view and ensure economical design.
• Design concepts, basis, structural calculations of BOQ, attending technical meetings.
• Review and study of the design Basis, Technical Specifications and other project documents necessary to carry out further engineering activities
• Visited Finland business unit at Vaasa, Finland. Conducted communication meeting to explain the civil and structural design concepts and self-developed engineering productivity design templates.
• Developed common design tool for equipment structure and foundation with multiple option of voltage level & conductor to increase engineering productivity.
• Developed tool in DIN standards for bolt length, weight and clash check, to resolve errors during detailing gantry structures.
• Honoured with Extra Miller Award for remarkable performance in civil and structural design using several international standards on various EHV projects.

Analysing, Design & Detailing of (i) Substation building, ( ii) Steel Lattice Towers and Girders, Equipment Supporting Pipe/Lattice Structures, (iii) Cable Trenches, (iv) Drainage Systems (Trapezoidal and Rectangular Trenches) (v) Foundation for Towers, Supporting structures, Transformers, and other infrastructure Development works for Switchyards.


• Preparing design calculations, maintaining the same for various structures related to Electrical Switchyards.
• Study and Check accuracy of data inputs for designing and to provide technical inputs to CAD Operators
• Providing guidance to CAD Operators, to ensure error free documentation with adherence to company Standard, monitoring and correcting their work
• Responsible for accomplishment of the civil & Structural work assigned within the approval time.
• Ensuring drawings and documentations are provided in a timely manner and are error free and maintain input / output drawing register and transmittals.
• Check drawings from design and Electrical clearances point of view and ensure economical design.
• Co-ordinate with team and project management for smooth execution of project.
• Preparing concepts, design basis, calculations of BOQ, verification, study of project specs, Architect drawings, standards, design & drawing attending technical meetings.
• Review and study of the Basic Engineering Design Basis, Technical Specifications and other project documents necessary to carry out further engineering activities
• Preparing civil and structural bill of quantities for Tendering.

Planning and coordination with purchase and estimation department for procurement of civil, mechanical and electrical material required for the completion of residential building and RMC batching plant.
•Preparation of cost tracking statement and weekly updating for Residential building.
•Materials and Accounts reconciliation.
•Cost Analysis of Various Activities (Comparing different options for timely guidance for Projects to avoid deviation from the actual estimation).

Project Details:
•Material Procurement through ERP, Labor and External Agencies Billing in ERP, cost tracking, Material and accounts reconciliation for Sobha Basil, residential building of (2B+G+15) 376 flats.
•Rate analysis for RMC in-house production plant, RMC Delivery tracking, Raw material reconciliation, External & Internal Bill Checking and Updating in ERP for Sobha Basil / Beryl Batching Plant
