Assist the General Manager in the below Tasks as:
• Kuwait Fire Force Engineer
o Ensure that all projects executional files are approved as per Kuwait Fire Force Regulations.
o Ensure smooth shipment release from Kuwait Fire Force - New Installation Projects.
o Maintain and update KFF Equipment list for company brands to be in-line with total product certificate as per Kuwait Fire Force New Regulations.
o Ensure that KFF company license is updated and valid.
o Make sure that our agreements with different brands are valid and up to the standards as per Kuwait chamber of commerce and Kuwait Fire Force.
• Procurement/Logistics Engineer
o Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
o Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
o Following compliance and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
o Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
o Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
o Managing Shipments status and abroad vendors - New Installation
• Process Engineer
o Develop, configure and optimize organization processes from inception through to start up and certification.
o Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data.
o Design, run, test and upgrade processes.
o Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve process rates, time and quality of output.
o Perform and create process simulations.
o Perform risk assessments.
o Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
• Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
• Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
• Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
• Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.

• Loaded resources into the project resource wizard in Primavera P6, maintained and assigned baseline schedules for the project.
