● Create and actively refine BD strategy

• Ensuring all documents are submitted in full in response to RFP and/or RFQ, including the requested profiles of key specialists within the firm.
• Coordinating with key internal stakeholders and specialists to ensure relevant bid information is compiled, edited and included in the final submission.
• Supporting key specialists in preparation and rehearsals to present bids.
• Working tirelessly to ensure bids are submitted on time, at the high standards expected of our firm.
• Adhering to TLG’s high standard of corporate governance to ensure bids are submitted in accordance with international best practices.
• Budgeting for marketing and business development strategy as well as assessing ROI on campaigns.
• Writing and editing high quality articles about our areas of expertise and securing publication in conventional and online media.
• Coordinating with our regional and international branches to highlight on our platforms, our achievements in other regions.
• Using specialised software like Mailchimp to compile and synchronise the writing of our newsletter and legal updates to thousands of subscribers and simultaneously sharing it on our website and social media.
• Representing TLG at events, seminars, conferences, ceremonies and exhibitions.
• Conceptualising and supervising all brand development and execution, as well as printing of collaterals for the firm.
• Coordinate with partners and associates to register the firm on relevant legal directories and events.
• Researching on potential clients and setting up meetings to secure new business.
