I am currently assigned as a Compensation Officer and reporting to Group Human Resources Manager in order to manage all HR activities and to control all financial functions within the Human Resources Department of Almana Group.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Participation in implementing Group HR Policies.
Manage and process payroll management system for various companies in the Group.
Preparing salary reconciliations.
Check and update leave and ticket accrual in the ERP.
Preparation of Leave Settlements, Leave Encashment and Ticket Encashment.
Manage Leave Records, accruals & Final Settlement for employees.
Processing all types of loans such as staff loan, car loan, advance salary etc.
Processing all types of earnings and deductions for monthly payroll.
Processing loan postponement and leave postponement in the ERP.
Processing Retro payments and rollback payroll whenever it is necessary.
Generate expiry reports for various documents like visa, passport & residence permit.
Manage personnel files.
Generate MIS reports for Senior Management.
Manage final settlement compensation.
Check and verify all data entries for monthly Payroll.

Personnel Coordinator / Administration Officer

I worked as a Personnel Coordinator / Administration Officer for Manco International, a member of Almana Group of Companies, and was reporting to the Senior Company Management including Managing Director, General Manager and Operations Manager of Manco International as well as Group Personnel Manager of Almana Group.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Maintain and update employees data bank in MS Access which was designed and developed by me in accordance with the requirements of company management.
•Coordinate with management in administrative issues related to the Personnel Department.
•Intimate company employees as and when required pertaining to their personal issues.
•Prepare Offer Letter, Employment Contract, Warning Letter and Termination Letter etc.
