Internal Audit/Internal Control/Compliance:
Conduct audit on the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the internal controls in the organization.
Prepare Internal Control Procedures for different areas and/or recommending for the improvement in available procedures.
Determine scope of review in conjunction with the Director and prepare audit plan/work program accordingly.
Pre-audit of payroll, petty cash, leave & final settlement
Conduct compliance audit with policies and procedures and submit audit report their on.
Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.
Examine and evaluate financial and information systems, recommending controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
In-charge for compliance & Management Representative of the company for Social Audits (ISO: 14001 EMS, FSC, PEFC, SEDEX)
Prepare and analyse variance report (inventory, production, electricity, and waste/scrape)
Search out for cost-saving, innovative proposals
In-charge for compliance VAT and submitting returns
To assist senior manager audit to prepare SOPs and recommendations for better control.
To review to correct all payables/receivables and export sales accounting entries.
To review & conduct compliance audit of all financial & non-financial record is in compliance with legal and company SOPs’ requirements.
To review monthly bank reconciliation, vendor/supplier reconciliations
Monthly review to ensure proper payroll, loan/advance adjustments.
To review all bills before payments (to ensure proper approval and supported by relevant documents).
To verify to ensure proper process followed for fixed assets
Monthly stock audit (physical stock, stock movements documents)
Monthly post-audit of procurement department to ensure compliance
Quarterly review to ensure timely deduction/claim of with holding taxes, sales taxes, income taxes as per legal framework
Preparing monthly production report, monthly variance report
Preparing job costing report, Telephone and waste/scrape
Preparing cost benefit analysis (before accepting job order)
To work as team member for statutory & non statutory audit
Completed ACCA fundamental Level (equivalent to UK 3 Years bachelor), Alos awarded Advance Diploma in Accounts & Business from ACCA-UK. ACCA Fundamental and Advance Diploma are attested from UK's Commonwealth & Foreign affairs & UAE MOFA. Received certificate of achievement in Accounting to secure 88%
