1) Pre - Construction Phases - (May’15 - Apr’16) - For both IKEA store and Shopping Centre Projects
2) Construction of IKEA Store - (15 Apr’16 - 09 Oct’17) - about 47, 000 m2 build up area, consists of (G+UG+3), Cost of the Project is approximately 140 million US Dollars
3) Construction of shopping centre - (10 Apr’17 - 31 Dec’19) -about 120, 500 m2 build up area, consists of (G+UG+3). Cost of the Project is approximately 300 million US Dollars
Oversee and approve contractor’s baseline construction programme
Liaison with the contractors in formulating the integrated Master Construction Schedule
Review the updated schedule and identify the slippages and liaise with the contractors for recovery& revised Programmes
Analyze the resource requirements periodically & communicate with the contractors
Prepare high level milestone& executive reports to the client
Formulated the integrated master construction schedule

Overview of projects handled:
Handled key project Heliconia Park, Hotel development by Prodeco, which is about 27, 500 square meters build up area which consists of 1 no’s of 5 levels towers ( G+4+Pent floor).
Currently working for the multiple Projects as below
EEE Lagos Residential Tower Phase 1 Project. Phase 1 comprises of 3 (B+G+19+T) floors of build-up area of 45, 000 sq.m area & Project value : 200 M USD
Abuja Hill Estates Project, Abuja - Mixed use Development 8 no’s of (G+4) towers, 2 no’s of (G+2) tower, 4 no’s of (G+1) Villas, 2 no’s of swimming pool, Gym, Bar & Tennis court and utility & support buildings of total build up area 27000 sq.m & project value 150 M USD approximately
NLNG Corporate Office Building, Port Harcourt - Tender Stage & Project value of 400 M USD
Annacro Resident villa project - Abuja - Project comprises of 1 main villa building + Guest houses + Swimming pool + Bar/ Jacuzzi & other support buildings such as Boys Quarters, Guard House Etc., of total build up area 1090 sq.m
Key deliverables
Successfully liaised with the section Construction / Project Manager in formulating the Master Construction Schedule
Periodically update the schedule and identify the deviated areas and apply changes in the schedule
Identify the critical path and motivate the site team to complete the critical activities on timely manner

Handled key project king’s court, a residential apartments development by DLF, which is about 30, 500 square meters area which consists of 3 no’s of 12 levels towers and 10 no’s of low rise buildings (UG+G+3). Cost of the Project is approximately 200 crores INR.

Successfully liaised with the section Construction Manager and Engineers in formulating the Master Construction Schedule
Periodically update the schedule and identify the deviated areas and liaise with the main civil contractor for the required plan of action.
Prepare weekly and Monthly reports
Review the Contractor’s Programme and recommended to prepare recovery schedule as required.
Prepare look ahead programmes and short term Programmes
Handled key project Mushaireb, a mixed use development by Qatari Diar, the Client which is about 206, 500 square meters area which is currently divided in to four Phases (short, medium, long term and infrastructure) with an anticipated project completion in 2016. Phase 1 involves the construction of a 7-story residential building (C03), Phase 2 includes the construction of three (3) more residential buildings (C04, C05 and C08) and a boardwalk along the Nile River, with all associated infrastructure (roads and utilities). Phase 3 includes another four (4) residential buildings (C01, C02, C06, and C07) and a five-star hotel, and Phase 4 is comprised of the remaining infrastructure works. Cost of the Project is approximately 500 million US Dollars.
Overview
Handled key project Mushaireb, a mixed use development by Qatari Diar, which is about 206, 500 square meters area which is currently divided in to four Phases (short, medium, long term and infrastructure) with an anticipated project completion in 2016. Phase 1 involves the construction of a 7-story residential building (C03), Phase 2 includes the construction of three (3) more residential buildings (C04, C05 and C08) and a boardwalk along the Nile River, with all associated infrastructure (roads and utilities). Phase 3 includes another four (4) residential buildings (C01, C02, C06, and C07) and a five-star hotel, and Phase 4 is comprised of the remaining infrastructure works. Cost of the Project is approximately 500 million US Dollars.
The project will also include a combined urban and waterfront development offering modern infrastructure, varying types of residential units, commercial and retail spaces, hotel(s), leisure and entertainment facilities, and a landscaped riverfront boardwalk on the majestic Nile.
